Explorer Marcin Puczylowski was an exchange student from Poland. Marcin's dream is to become a Police Officer. While in the United States Marcin lived with Officer Bobby and his family so he could get a better understanding of how Policing is done here in the United States. Marcin is the only person who is not a paid member of the Westland Police Department to receive the "Chief's Coin" The "Chief's Coin" is one of the top honors one can receive as a member of the Westland Police Department and was awarded to Marcin by Police Chief Gregory Angelosanto for his dedication to the Westland Police Department.
